If you have employees whose math, reading or language comprehension skills aren't at the level you think they need, you can send them to CareerLink to take the WIN assessment test, then they'll receive a complete report of the online web-based skill enhancement short courses that they can take to improve their skills. Employees must go to CareerLink to complete the WIN assessment, but then they will be able to access the skill enhancement online courses from any computer with Internet access. FREE CNA Prep and LPN Prep Training
CareerLink, LCCTC and IU 13 are now offering training and preparation for anyone looking to enter CNA or LPN training programs to ensure their reading comprehension and math skills are at the right level to be successful before entering a CNA or LPN training program.
